Due to the high volume of administrative messages, if your address causes
a considerable amount of errors, you will be set to the digest mode. If
your address still causes a number of bounces, you will be unsubscribed
from the list without notice. This list is a moderate-high volume list,
and if you do not receive any mail from the list for 2+ days, it is
suggested that you query the member's list to see if you have been
unsubscribed. (This is done by sending a mail message from the account
that you are subscribed with to

with no subject and
"query i-barc"
without quotes, in the body of the email.
