Also, we have a digest form of the list. This will produce only 2-3 messages a day on average from the list. These messages will however be fairly long, and contain a good portion of the day's conversations. This is ideal for members who only check their mail once a day or once every 2 or three days. You can subscribe to it by sending a mail message with the command:

SET I-Barc Digest

to the listserv address. To send messages to the list, use the same address as the regular list.
